DREADFUL EXPERIENCE! The caravan was due to be ready at 3pm. We were unable to contact the caravan company for several hours. In the end, my four children and I had to walk around the showground to find their van. We were finally let into our caravan at midnight. There was no water for the toilet nor the shower for the duration of our stay, even though we had paid for it. The awning and chairs that we had ordered never arrived. The caravan was dirty and very poorly maintained. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.
